Customer Service. We believe in providing the best possible customer service and there are several options to contact us with any questions or concerns. If our FAQs do not answer questions you may have, please visit our Contact Us page for more info. If you have any problems with your order (incorrect order, spelling errors, missing photos), submit a customer service ticket and we’ll take care of it right away.


Can I order online?

Yes, online ordering is available. Click here to order pictures online now! If you didn’t receive or misplaced your online code, contact our office and we will be glad to help.

What packages are available?

What if I forgot to pay on picture day?

Your child will be photographed anyway so we have a picture to use for the yearbook. Your child will receive a last chance card to remind you to pay for your pictures online. There will be a charged of $5.00 processing for late orders.

When should I expect to receive my portraits?

Our staff will provide you with picture day schedules. Picture package sales material will be delivered two weeks prior to picture day so teachers will have time to distribute them to students. Photo retake/make-up day flyers that include the make-up date are emailed to staff.

What if I am not happy with my child’s portraits?

Return the package on retake/make-up day to our photographers and we will re-photograph at no additional charge.

I lost the picture day order form. How do I place an order?

Our photographers can provide you with an extra one during photo day or you can purchase portraits directly from our website. Or print our order form and send it in.

What should I wear on picture day?

Wear solid colors that enhance facial tones and do not detract from expression Is best. Very bright colors really stand out so we do not recommend them. Wear long or short-sleeved tops, avoid sleeveless. Good fit, small patterns and few words are good. Clean and ironed.

How do we plan for Picture Day?
