Hawkes School Portraits is excited to be a part of your senior portrait experience. We will provide your school with your official senior portrait to appear in the yearbook. We recommend you look at your appointment time that was scheduled by us. If you need to reschedule call 707-823-6537 as soon as possible. Our staff of professional photographers will help create lasting memories of this special life achievement. We look forward to seeing you at your scheduled appointment.

Things to know
- Hawkes School Portraits will provide you with your schools yearbook attire. (Tuxedo and black drape.)
- If you need any special accommodations please contact our studio before your appointment.
Tips for guys
- Because of Covid-19 this year we are giving an option to bring your own tuxedo or use one we provide.
- Bring a T-shirt or a long sleeve white button-up collared shirt to wear under your tuxedo.
Tips for girls
Bring a tube top or thin strapped tank top to wear under your yearbook outfit.

As we go through this time together our team has been
working every day to find new solutions to make sure we can provide a
safe and quality experience with your school’s senior portraits.
Our new senior portrait sessions will follow the new steps that we are taking to ensure a safe and positive experience at our Hawkes School Portrait studio and for outdoor sessions:
• Curbside check in. You will no longer check in at the front desk, when you arrive please follow check in steps outside in front of building. Once checked in we will notify you that we are ready for you to walk to portrait area- at least 6 ft. away.
• Photographers and office employees will be provided with masks.
• Sanitization of all door knobs and high traffic areas and surfaces after each session.
• Only one parent will be allowed to follow along an outdoor session and will be asked to remain at least 6ft away from photographer at all times.
• For the time being, no fitting rooms will be open at our Hawkes School Portraits studio. Only one formal yearbook sessions will be photographed.
• Hand sanitizing stations will be set up before you walk into the picture area and when you are walking out of the outside building.
• All Hawkes School Portrait staff will complete screening reports at the start of every shift regarding recent travel, contact with ill persons, and any signs/symptoms of COVID-19.
• We ask that anyone with an appointment who becomes sick or if someone that they live with is sick to reschedule. If a student comes in visibly sick we will have the right to ask them to leave and reschedule online.
